my first post was in response to the first post on this thread, i.e. "don't get it".

It explained that "in my limited research", todays JORC announcement WAS BELOW MARKET EXPECTATION. When you disappoint the market, a sell off usually follows.

It appears you did not know what the market expectation was before todays announcement.

My second post tried to show you what the market expectation was.... i.e. 1-2m ounces to be announced in 2 weeks time. I provided a cut and paste from another forum. Maybe these posters are more knowledgable on LRC than you.

Either way, it may be a "good start", but the market is clearly disappointed with the announcement, otherwise it would not be down 20%.
