Did some quick googling.

The signatory on the substantial holding form is one David George Leeton. His is also director of VBS Investments (not Exchange).

The director of VBS Exchange is Peter Maxwell Edwards.

These seem like shell companies for acquisition purposes.

So who are these two men? And are they linked?
