What does this mean?
"The Company also wishes to advise that it has been in discussions in relation to a potential
change in control transaction. At this point these discussions are no longer continuing and have
not resulted in a proposal being tabled for the Company’s consideration."
Change in control to me says, someone has offered to buy enough shares at a particular price to gain control. But what is control - 20% or 51%.
You'd think SXY and BPT would be watching this closely.
