Mr Goh is an independent none executive Director. He joined the Board on 22 October 2012 and is a member of the Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee, Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination Committee.
Mr Goh a resident of China is involved with the Chinese consortium taking part in the bid.
He must be totally conflicted. Hard to see him making a worthwhile contribution here.
