The missed guidance is a concern, in Feb they forecast revenue at the top end of guidance, ie 15% up on previous year. Actual result of 11% increase shows a shortfall of 4% of annual revenue in the last 4 months of the year. Either there was some serious, unexpected problem in the business, or management does not have a good understanding of the business.
