I disagree. I have considered becoming a SI, and gain access to these types of raisings. However on detailed analysis, it is clear that these raisings are only offered to a limited number of investors, those being the regular clients of the brokers in involved in the raisings. imo, most will be willing to repay the broker with the commissions of selling their shares quickly, releasing capital for the next raising around the corner.

let's see what happens when they can sell their shares!
