I cannot believe this; you are drawing conclusions about RXP from the likes of CSV and SMX! That's like comparing the Dalai Lama to Donald Trump!   

For example SMX's troubles are largely self inflicted!!  



Old MD retires...SP peaks...new MD...she restructures...business collapses...MD resigns after 15 months...mess...asset impairment.......

My contention is that RXP has grown by acquisition and done it extremely well and the acquisition of "The Works" should be viewed from that perspective; there is no evidence to do otherwise!
