    With no organised block of shareholders, it's unlikely the company will reverse it's unanimous decision in urging SHs to accept the proposal. No other offers and NO financing....VRM is insolvent. So, you can accept 3.2 or a whole lot less. IMO of course. Well done to VRM holders
