    Shareholders have been misled by management. The last quarterly to shareholders, only 1 month ago, clearly emphasises it work with NAIF Debt facility for $160m to progress Ammaroo. Then out of nowhere, not even hinted at, comes a low ball offer right at the last minute before approvals. I will be taking steps with this further.
