so what part of commercial in confidence don't you understand. a top four bank has committed to a pilot. they don't want to be named until they are happy to progress. a small fin tech would not strong arm a top four bank to disclose their strategy. the top four bank would of had to provide permission for DCL to make the limited announcement that it did. DCL would not be able to make such a claim without being able to back it up should they be asked to by a regulator to ensure its true and genuine in nature. clearly you're not too well versed in how these deals get done between companies.....so now we can rule out the fact you're not an analyst, you're not a professional investor, you're not a lawyer and now we know you're not a corporate adviser/strategist either.

as for a cash crisis - still banging on about the cash position are you....top marks for persistence or is it pestilence on that front....
