From memory the next stage of development cannot proceed until offtake agreements have been locked in as per the prospectus.
My only concern for this company is what price are they selling the magnesium. The company will not say despite several requests.
"on time and on budget" means nothing if they are selling the magnesium at a loss.
CMC seems to be exempt from issuing any detailed quarterlies.
