Last year there were only about 600 million shares on issue in MCL, and the price was often below 1 cent. The $5 million figure I quoted was a sort of ball-park number.

As Molliemeade said, you multiply the number of shares on issue by the price per share to get the market capitalisation of the company. You also need to allow for any options, unlisted shares, etc., in arriving at the final value.

Hang in there... VoIP is only going to get bigger.
