The Evolis and Cellmid agreement with Fukan Gren is exclusive.
Fukan Gren will obtain the permits and will have sole distribution rights in China for Evolis.
They will decide what is the best way to distribute the product in China and will be looking to sell the minimum negotiated required amounts at the very least.
What these amounts are is anyones guess.
We have no idea if they are all the same each year or a gradually rising level as time progresses.
