mmm...been watching this one...the interim dividend of over 20% of the share price, and you only need to hold this one until the ex-date, which is probably in a about a week? looks like a ludicruosly obvious bargain, but what of these asset sales and share equity raisings? And I'd assume that the SP will drop by the corresponding 4c when it goes ex-div? interested but the upward momemtum on the charts seem to have taken a halt as well.
What are the short term and long term merits of this stock? Appreciate any info.
