I think this is technical action not fundamental. FLT was playing around the $22 mark, which happens to be the 200 day EMA. The Tokyo disaster(s) moved everything down, and once FLT broke $22 all the technicians mindlessly started selling shares.
Unfortunately, this all puts a wall of worry in front of FLT for the next six months. If Tokyo doesn't melt down completely, I would expect to see sellers develop in FLT around $23 and it would be difficult for it to sustain any uptrend.
Bummer.
