So far no one has given any reason why Jeff Weber should stay.. other than his "relationship with lending syndicates". That is a joke of a reason for an MD - does that mean once debt is all repaid, he will no longer be of any use to the company? Their past decisions have already given them a bad record, so why is it so important for him to remain in this company? He has no skin in the game, nor does any of the board, other than the recent Peter Kennan.
So why do you prefer the dog over the fox? Seems like the fox has done some really good investing decisions in the past from those links posted. It seems that there is general fear of their treatment for small retail investors, but why do we have any more assurance with the incumbent management? If they really have faith in their turn around strategy, why is management not buying in at current bargain prices?
