Do we know what the deal was proposed dilution wise by Halom? I actually don't know their proposed re cap arrangement.
None the less Halom raise some really good questions, such as the Jaya purchase at the top of the market and the supply base sale at the bottom of the market.
Surely the same crew who brought at the top of the market and sold at the bottom can't be allowed to continue to steer the ship?
