    can anyone explain:

    1. Why the AGL JV is seen as a negetive for SGL
    2. Do BNB still hold 30% or so of the company?
    3. Can sgl sell gas overseas?
    4. When are sgl prices locked in till?
    5. Is Gas recovery more difficult in the areas that sgl works as opposed to up north?
