FWIW you're getting into a Mapping Play with potentially better tech than NEA at a MC of $14mil. I don't think there will be a consolidation, well not what I've read. Looks like investors are not ST traders but cornerstone family money.
Eventual purchase of the business is on achieving 18-cents share price or $20mil Revenue. So again low risk.
I'm in from 4 see how it plays. I do trade so may have sold by the time you read this.
