Does this mean we lose all our money, page-10

I notice to day an exploratory oil company (20% owned by Gina Rinehart) is suing the Vic Gov for restraint of trade because of their banning of CSG, fracking & off shore drilling. The amount is in the billions. How would we go if had some cash to sue the successive QLD sheet sniffer gov for totally ruining our business by making CNX jump trough endless hoops.....delaying the prospect of producing income endlessly in the process......burning up all of our cash....then when all of our capital (plus huge loans) is GONE...this announce that the process is environmentally safe !! I wonder if administrators can sue on our behalf ? Is there a case for class action on behalf of us hapless shareholders ? Are there any lawyers out there ???
