IS Domacom going to survive the year?
It costs them about $5M to keep the doors open and at a FUM fee of .88% they need about $500M FUM to break even. Is this possible before their cash runs out? NO WAY They currently only have circa $20M under management.
The IPO valuation on this company was ridiculous - it should never have been allowed to list.
Happy to be told I am wrong!!!
