The share side of the business via 'Loop' is undergoing some...

The share side of the business via 'Loop' is undergoing some dramatic changes form personnel to financing.

Just completed a CR and recent appointments (before the ones announced this week) included a Shanghai based Bus Development Manager.

On the soco twitter site, there is a snap of a share bike (CU model) with similar livert to loop (orange and white) but going by the name Goku....

A year or so back, Loop entered into an agreement with Chinese based company to launch a service there and truck loads of $ was going to be thrown at it but something went off the rails and went nowhere.

In any case, I figure the future of Share segment for Vmoto/Soco lies in the CU (and a souped up version of CU for delivery...next year) as the current model used by Loop/Vmoto is a little long in the tooth and Vmoto obviously going to ride (pun!) the coat-tails of Soco.

In any case, if Goku heralds the launch of a share system in China and using Loop's technology (and accordingly them using Vmoto product 'exclusively') then the payday could be big.

I approached the company and asked about the Vmoto/Soco/Loop arrangements in China given that Soco appear to be focussing on China market and Vmoto (hopefully!!) has exclusive global, ex-China, distribution rights. The contact person at Vmoto din't know what the arrangements were and said they would get back but I have heard nothing.

So, has anyone got some contacts at the comapny who might be able to shed some light on this and/or does anyone have Charles' ear to ask for an update on Share segment?

Like I said, this could be big but the opaque relationships (as far as what shareholders have been told) between Vmoto and its business partners make it difficult to analyse this part of the puzzle.
