NI I had understood courts in Finland worked on the legal merit not history but there is no long history of cases lost by the company ? The Vamala permit has been returned to the company to allow them to indicate what discharge levels are appropriate one could not call that loosing . I also understand the 300 K ton was approved in the new permit for Vamala and the company has approval from ELY to process this quantity under their existing permit until the new permit is granted . I agree the Orivesi permit is under appeal by both Dragon and ELY the permitting agency who both say that the permit should be extended
