Dear Millie,
I don´t believe, that there is general statement about the validity of all permits by the permit authority.
There may be such suggestions by Dragon´s own attorney or alike.
Orivesi is problematic, and Sastamala especially is very tricky if 300 000 is milled without permit
for the larger activity, ELY cannot give real permit just temporarily kind of permits.
What comes to environmental impact assessment, permit authority AVI has no legal power in that matter
and the appeal against Kaapelinkulma permit. It is now in the administrative court of Vaasa,
where AVI anad Dragon have a record of losing their cases.
And it is strange that Dragon has not informed about the latest stage of the Kaapelinkulma appeal.
