Below see an e-mail which I have sent to the head office:
It reminds me of the cheese shop sketch from Monty Python's Flying Circus:
Dear whomsoever is left in the CDU head office,
Apropos the company remains in suspension and the last announcement (30/7/2018) indicated that suspension would end on or about 30/9/2018, am I missing something here in so far as there has been no further information and once more we as shareholders are left hanging uninformed.
Can you tell me if this company is ever going to trade again or is this merely the death throes of what would appear to be a dead carcass of a supposedly going concern?
Is there any mining / processing / maintenance/ sales of ore, taking place or any mining / production activities whatsoever happening or has funding collapsed to such an extent that the company is not able to function from lack of funding.
Is there any personnel paid and employed at the mine at Rockland and if so can you categorize and inform me of the numbers eg 1 mine manager, 1 production manager, 50 general workers etc I would appreciate these details.
Or alternatively has the mining and processing activities ceased.
Specifically, is the Rocklands project effectively on care and maintenance?
Also when was the shipment and the last sale of ore and how much did this shipment bring to the company.
As a shareholder who is jointly paying for the wages of the employees sic. Directors etc they have an obligation legally and transparently to inform us as to company activities.
I would appreciate some form of response even if only to inform me that there is some activity in the office. I will be putting this message on HotCopper and sending a copy to the ASX and ASIC for whatever that may be worth..
Yours sincerely,
Pupamancur
shareholder
