They obviously want to do well. The Q&A is crystal clear, the booklet sent was well made, they'll readjust trajectory once some of the projects are done/gone. You'll sweat some good news in Q4 but I'd assume there is a plan.

Can they seize the Medicinal cannabis opportunity? Why would MCL partner with them if they didn't have a clue?

We don't see it, but my gut feel is that it is happening, and therefore great value. It has gone to 6c quickly, next run of good news MC related will blast off further IMO.
