Certainly an interesting time you might be right about preserving cash. They couldn't invest anymore into peru without certainty. At least the board made the right decision there.
unfortunatly the coal project is not the strongest project around.
only time will tell, but if I was them I would be looking at buying up a distressed asset cheaply ready for the next round of price rises.
Mines can't operate forever losing money. prices must and will rise.
