If NOV can pull off what they are looking it it is very good value buying here, however:
They are early stage with still significant execution risk.
If Nasdaq falls out it could be a while (especially with EOFY coming) before it starts running up again.
So timeframe is a big unknown...
That being said, the register is super tight and at this price could respond favourably and quickly to positive revenue growth news.
Not advice, it could go either way short term (however you would have to think all things said we must be near a ST bottom here I would say).
