does anyone follow this stock?

Just wondering if anyone out there owns or keeps an eye on this stock. Looks like an interesting one given that most ASX-listed hybrids are now trading at well below their face value.

What I don't like about this stock:
1. Management and performance fees
2. The fact that the directors will return capital to unitholders if the fund's income is insufficient to meet their guaranteed 7%pa return: not a sustainable strategy.
