Can someone please assist me. I am trying to help out my friend with her electricity bill. She usually has 120.00 automatically deducted from her credit card each month and the bill confirms this Dec 12th 2018 through to 27th Feb 2019 with three payments received of 120.00 per month equalling 360.00 .
Then she receives another statement which I have attached below which is in minus with an account balance of minus 325.00 any advice appreciated thanks
