you would think friends and family are wetting their beaks,
but in the Notice of AGM ann. on 17-10-06 listing rule 7.1 (d) states ;

the allottees of the options are unknown at this date but will be chosen at the discretion of the directors..................None of the allottees will be related parties of the company.


i believe ASIC already have a file marked Mr.Guiseppe Mercorella. He was jailed for 5 years for some dodgy business while at Lion.
