    This seems to be going in only one direction.

    What could be the ultimate outcome, as the debt makes a buy out a bit unlikely, and only those will escrowed shares and contracts are going to have to still around.

    Who is buying at the moment, as it is hard to see any growth, or any new doctors joining from here.
