Hi Oscar, Have a significant shareholding in DES and this one did hurt. I guess DOCA better outcome than Liquidation. Dont really need any further capital losses.
Fingers crossed Prime does something with the shell since they own over 40% still.
I was speaking seeking legal council on this one, as interestingly, Dom and those the former board who had their shares sold by opes prime, may get something out of the class action. I believe this action by opres prime was what caused the start of the collapse, so us ordinary share holders miss out on everything. I wish my shares were sold out at 8 cents by ANZ. I would be in a good position. Anyhow, might be something we should consider how we get in on the class action or if its a possibility.
But all that being said, learn from mistakes and look forward is the most important thing to do.
