Apparently DOCA has been agreed now between Prime and Administrators.

apparently they are trying to screw the administrator for fees and the Administrator wont say yes until resolved.

I guess its best to have shares in something worth nothing today, however with some potential factoring in dilution down the track than lose it all.

Prime may use the shell to do something with? or sell it, hopefully to a co where shareprice hits 10 bucks and we all get out money back.

some of you may be just looking for tax losses however.
