not sure if this can be done now company is in admin. holders could always get together pool there shares for over 10 percent combined holding, then a section 249d can be issued to company to hold meeting and vote in a new board, seen it done a lot lately, mpo over thown board, ago united 10 percent combined holding as blocking stake in recent t/o. shareholders can do a lot if they pool together, over a billion shares on issue, so over 100 million would be roughly 10 percent. ago started a group ago united, they've become very powerful with there combined holding. will need to come up with board replacements though. if interested in starting a cmy united, once this page gets 25 likes, I will register an email address cmyunited, and shall go from there. time for change is now. il look into what can and cant be done whilst in admin.
