But this time is not like previous. Mortgage rates are going to skyrocket while inflation and wage growth is still low. The levels of household debt are also unprecendented - we have never had this before. We aren't 3/4 of the way to the bottom. This hasn't even started yet. Just wait for mortgage rates to start increasing. That is when it begins.
Companies like Dominos, who have control over their pricing, tend to outperform in these scenarios.
