I'm personally on a raw/rare meat + eggs + raw dairy diet. You stay in keto but are still eating raw nutrionous foods like grass fed beef and liver/raw milk eggs and you haven't killed all the enzymes and bacteria that are killed when cooking.
Best one I've found works for me so far after trying everything else.
Carbs which are sugar spike your insulin which when you mix with saturated fat is not that great. Saturated fats from animals are good though!
Excess sugar cause inflammation so yeah not good to consume lots of it in any form whether it's pizza dough or a bowl of skittles and the skittles might be arguably better for you as they don't destroy and inflame the gut like grains do.
