Well the sauce is sugar and the entire base is made of sugar *hint* carbs break down into sugar and it's made of gluten as well making it harder to digest.
Smoked processed *meats* probably the worst type you can have especially when mixed with sugar..
So yeah not sure you can argue it's healthy even though you don't have any problems now.
