I have a colleague who hates McD's burgers but he still eats them out of convenience.
Terrible food (for one person) =/= Terrible business.
Plus, I agree with Mattyboos, their pizzas aren't that bad. For the price you get, you are getting good value.
Plus, in the long run, consistency is what people come back too. A mom and pop pizza store down the road might taste great one night but might taste crap the other because of the lack of consistency and process.
And you don't see Toyota declining because BMW creates better cars.
