I guess the use of the word "potential" and which minerals and deposits it has been applied to is what I'd like to measure.
Why is ShanShan one of the top if not largest producers of cathode material who supply BYD, Panasonic etc. spending time making noise about the insanely high price of talison fed Tianqi carbonate vs buying the $6-$8k a ton material from Alb who say they aren't short their customers or SQM. Or from Ore. I don't think it's just about the desperate refiners, I think the cathode production process demands certain specs.
