To say the price right now is not hurting me financially would not be correct but I try not to let it affect my health. Junior miners are always a punt and i need 4+cents to get even.
I agree there will be further dillution -- there has to be really if you look at the balance sheet and basic economics. Derby announcement is still yet to happen and perhaps we have not been able to negotiate an agreement out of our frustrating court process but hopefully we will see if managements persistence has paid off.

Management are overpaid for what has been delivered -- correct, but possibly and hopefully will redeem themselves in the coming months.

Downside I meant at 0.5/0.6 cents or whatever the real bid price is, I am in too deep and I believe a lot of the long termers are and I was refering to them (those in at less than a cent, incremental change is a high percentage of what they invested). I though you have been in a while so you would be in a similar position 1 or 2 cents up could give us reason to get some money back.

Lets look forward to positive news from the Courts and then hopefully management will show their colours.

There are a few rampers and many detractors here on this thread but I presume a lot just waiting and we have been waiting for a while. My post doesn't add much fact except to say banging on isn't going to help any of the long term investors. Just offering and RU OK statement for you.

Three months we will be a little clearer hopefully as to whether we have been played or we are in play!
