Something is cheaper for a reason and something is expensive for a reason. Buying stuff from dollar shop has much different quality than buying a stuff from Myer. All new investors get trapped into penny stocks because they want to get rich quickly including myself. But never give up if you lose in begining, you have learnt your lesson and use that lesson for next purchase. Read history of the company performance charts Roe Roa etc etc. But don't buy stocks overvalued buy good company stocks with undervalued or fair value or if you are not sure read book "warren buffet way". This just a suggestion from me as a learner. Impatient ones loses money give their money to patient ones in stock market.
