They try and corner you into buying the policy over the phone; they never provide their quotes online. By not providing quotes online, they make it more difficult for consumers from shopping for better deals.
They tell you you can change your mind in the cooling off period. And when you do call to cancel the policy, they refer you to some one whose sole job responsibility is to convince you to not cancel the policy. Painful doing business with them. Very painful.
