It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is happening.

KCN up 35 cents today.

AND up 2 cents today.

AND is tracking KCN based on the 15 for 1 bid. Take the KCN bid off the table and the AND share price could easily be 10 to 20 per cent lower today.

Do AND shareholders have brains?

Or they going to sit out the KCN bid wishing and hoping that AND come up with enough good news to trade independently of the KCN bid?

Put simply - if AND do not come up with enough good news which is more share price effective for AND than any good news that KCN releases, then we know where the AND share price will end up if AND shareholders sit pat.

By the way, KCN is doing far more drilling and finding far more gold than AND currently is.
