After research I found a third company producing graphite in madagascar, most probably it is a chinese owned company (Bass Metals mentioned a chinese owned company near its new graphite discovery deposit in Andapa, so probably they are talking about Power Stand). It is called "Power Stand" who produced in 2015 some 3000tpa of graphite, you can buy the product from this mine via alibaba here :
