In FY18, ANZ network sales is $819m. They have 1,117 stores. That brings you to on average $26,000/week not $100,000/week.
If each store were making $100k/week. Our network sales would be $5.8 BILLION not $819m.
That's why those numbers by AFR sounds fake. Plus a "STAR" franchisee taking on a store without looking at historical sales data first sounds dumb to me.
