    I'm certain this mornings TH would have been titled Revised Offer, as this is. The Alternative Offer required a TH to Monday. We now know the WORST case is 28.5c. But we also know both DLS and SXY are prepared to pay this. Two bidders at same price doesn't usually result in equilibrium.
