well they've just sent out all the documentation that they've spent an age compiling and a couple of days later they've upped the bid without any formal rival bid being put on the table lol .My feeling is that for reasons unknown they got republic on board which gave them a full head of steam that they could pinch it, and now that a spanner's been thrown into the works they're pretty much clueless as to what to do.

It's fairly obvious that one just needs to be patient and see who pops their head up next but certainly 28.5 isn't going to do the job
