    Yes Bill Gates, it was indeed all my opinion but not the facts. I wouldn't know what would be the decision of Takeover Panel.

    But it has become the fact after the Takeover Panel's orders yesterday.

    We now know that it was that simple for Magnum Hunter and AQO shareholders, but not that simple for Drillsearch and some AQO directors who sold their to Drillsearch. It will be a fair competition for everyone now IMO.
