    Honestly, I normally do not want Magnum Hunter to acquire Ambassador. If Magnum Hunter can't acquire AQO they will have to put more focus on their NSE shareholding and NSE shares will have more value.

    If Magnum Hunter could acquire Ambassador, that would be a funny case as NSE would have to spend money for exploration while Magnum Hunter was watching. It would also be easier for MHR to acquire NSE at a cheaper price if they wanted to. NSE share will have more value now. It will be much better for everyone when all those three companies DLS, MHR & NSE are working all together.

    However I think what is done by DLS; acquiring the control of AQO by off-market trades through AQO directors during the bid offers does not seem ethical to me, even maybe not legal. We'll see it if Magnum Hunter makes the application to Takeover Panel.
